Hi, I’m K Roy

I’m a lawyer by profession and a stock market analyst by passion — and Investo Funda is where those two worlds meet.

My legal background gives me a close-up view of the regulatory and contractual side of finance — the fine print that most investment content skips over. Combined with my ongoing work analyzing stocks and market trends, I started this platform to bridge a gap I kept noticing: most people are told to invest, but very few are actually taught how investing, taxation, and the financial system really work.

Why I Started Investo Funda

I built Investo Funda with one simple goal: to help people around the world understand finance and money in plain, practical language—and to show how anyone can start investing in the market to grow their wealth over time, regardless of their starting point or background.

Too much financial content online is either overly technical or written to sell a product. I wanted to create something different—honest breakdowns of stocks, mutual funds, taxes, and market news, explained the way I’d explain them to a friend.
